It is situated on Imperial Gardens in the centre of Cheltenham and comprises of a Grand Main Hall, multiple connecting rooms two floors and distinguished by its Corinthian styles columns and coved ceiling.

The venue’s car park is private, but parking can be found throughout the town centre.

By Car
Cheltenham is located off junctions 10 and 11 of the M5 and on the A40 from London and Oxford. Please be aware you can only exit the M5 at junction 10 in a southbound direction, and can only access the M5 at junction 10 if you intend to travel on the northbound carriageway.

By Train
The nearest station is Cheltenham Spa, which is 1½ miles from the Town Hall and taxis are readily available from the station.
Stagecoach’s Service D bus also runs regularly from the train station to Clarence Street in the town centre, which is a 5-10 minute walk from the Town Hall. For timetable information, please check Stagecoach’s website.

They are able to accommodate wheelchair users on the ground floor in the Main Hall, Pillar Room, Drawing Room, Holst Suite and Regency Café.
The auditorium is located on the ground floor and is accessible for customers with limited mobility.
The balconies are only accessible via stairs, without lift access.
The toilets, both male and female, have cubicles accessible for wheelchair users.
They have a hearing aid loop system downstairs in the auditorium for those who use hearing aids.
